- 14 cup butter, softened
- 13 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 34 cup all-purpose flour
- 12 cup yellow cornmeal
- 14 teaspoon baking powder
- 14 cup milk
- 12 cup frozen corn
Directions

1In a small bowl, cream the butter, and sugar.

2Beat in the egg, honey, and salt.

3Combine flour, cornmeal, and baking powder, and add to the creamed mixture alternately with the milk.

4Fold in the frozen corn.

5Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups 2/3's full.

6Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

7Cool 5 minutes before`removing from pan to a wire rack.

8Serve warm.
