- 1 head Cauliflower, Cut Into Small Pieces
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 3 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese

1Preheat oven to 425°F.

2Spread cauliflower in a single layer onto baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil. Lightly toss with a spoon to ensure each piece is coated. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper on top.

3Bake for 20-25 minutes or until tops are browned, stirring cauliflower halfway through to ensure even baking. Remove from oven and top with Parmesan cheese.
