- 3 -4 carrots
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- fresh pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2Put the butter in a small roasting pan and melt in the preheating oven.

3Wash carrots. Halve them (lengthwise and widthwise) and quarter.

4Remove pan with butter from the oven. Add carrots and all other ingredients.

5Mix well.

6Cook for about 40 minutes.
