- 1 lb. shelled pecans
- salt
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Put pecans in large baking pan.

3Place stick of butter in middle of pan.

4Place in oven.

5Roast for 30 to 40 minutes.

6Stir at least twice.

7Drain nuts on paper towel. Add salt, turning nuts to make sure salt covers both sides.

8Let nuts cool and enjoy!
