  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. water
  • 1 tsp. milk
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 qt. pecans

Directions

    Whip white of egg and add all other ingredients except pecans. Mix thoroughly and add pecans.

    Place in a greased pan and toast in a 250° oven for 1 hour.

    Stir occasionally.
