- 4 c. pecan halves
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 250°.

2Put pecans in jelly roll pan.

3Roast 30 minutes, stirring once.

4Remove from oven.

5Pour melted butter over pecans.

6Stir with wooden spoon to coat.

7Return to oven for 30 to 40 minutes.

8Stir 2 to 3 times.

9Remove from oven; add salt. Stir to coat nuts.

10Roast 5 to 10 minutes.

11Store in airtight container.
