- 2 large sweet red, sweet yellow or green peppers
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 1 small onion, unpeeled
- 1 clove garlic, unpeeled
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Place sweet peppers and jalapeno pepper on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet.

2Bake at 500° for 5 to 10 minutes or until skins look blistered, turning once.

3Add onion and garlic and bake 10 minutes.

4Set onion and garlic aside.

5Place peppers immediately into a heavy-duty, Ziploc plastic bag.

6Seal and let stand 10 minutes to loosen skins.

7Peel peppers and remove and discard seeds.

8Peel onion and garlic; cut onion into quarters.

9Place onion, garlic and peppers into container of an electric blender. Process until smooth.

10Stop once to scrape down sides.
