- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Put pepper on a gas grill or broiler until pepper is blackened.

2Take off grill and put in paper bag for 1/2 hour. Peel blackened skin off peppers.

3Remove seeds.

4Slice peppers ; add chopped garlic, oil, and salt and pepper
