Directions

    Cut baking potatoes in half lengthwise.

    Sprinkle cut sides with seasoned salt.

    Top with a pat of margarine.

    Turn, cut side down into baking pan and roast at 425° for 30 minutes or until done.

    The longer they cook the browner and crispier the cut sides will become.
