- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves finely chopped

2Par-cook potatoes in salted boiling water for 10 mins. Drain. Transfer to a hot baking dish along with remaining ingredients. Season and bake for 30-35 mins, until golden and tender, tossing occasionally.
