  • olive oil
  • balsomic vinegar
  • thyme
  • oregano
  • rosemary

    Preheat oven to 375 degress. Take however many red potatos you are useing cut them up into chunks. In a bowl oilive oil with balsamic vinegar. A ratio of 3:1. Put Potatos in plastic bag with olive oil and vinegar mixture. Add Thyme, Oregano, and a little Rosemary. Shake till potatos are coated. Place on bakeing sheet and place in oven for an hour taking out occasionally and stir.
