Roasted Red Pepper Bread

- 1 (12-inch long) loaf Italian bread
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
- 1/4 c. roasted red peppers, chopped
- 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
Directions

1About 15 minutes before serving, preheat oven to 350°.

2With serrated knife, cut Italian bread crosswise into 12 slices.

3Place slices on cookie sheet.

4Spread slices with butter or margarine and sprinkle with roasted red pepper and oregano leaves.

5Bake bread until golden, about 7 minutes.
