- 8 whole Tomatillos, Husks Removed And Rinsed
- 1 whole Serrano Or Jalapeno Pepper, Stem Removed
- 1 clove Garlic, Peeled
- 1/2 whole Small Onion, Cut Into Chunks
- 1/4 cups Fresh Cilantro Leaves And Stems
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Lime Juice
- Salt To Taste
Directions

1Preheat the broiler to high. Place the tomatillos and pepper on a baking sheet and broil for 5 minutes on each side until charred.

2Add the roasted veggies with their juices into a food processor with the rest of the ingredients. Pulse to combine then taste. Adjust seasonings to your preference.
