  • 8 whole Tomatillos, Husks Removed And Rinsed
  • 1 whole Serrano Or Jalapeno Pepper, Stem Removed
  • 1 clove Garlic, Peeled
  • 1/2 whole Small Onion, Cut Into Chunks
  • 1/4 cups Fresh Cilantro Leaves And Stems
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Lime Juice
  • Salt To Taste

Directions

    Preheat the broiler to high. Place the tomatillos and pepper on a baking sheet and broil for 5 minutes on each side until charred.

    Add the roasted veggies with their juices into a food processor with the rest of the ingredients. Pulse to combine then taste. Adjust seasonings to your preference.
