- 9 Tbsp. baking soda
- 12 c. water
- salt to taste
Directions

1Soak beans in water and baking soda for 24 hours in refrigerator.

2Drain; mix in salt.

3Let stand for 20 minutes. Roast in microwave about 10 minutes.

4Stir at intervals.

5Cook a little longer to make crisper.
