  • 2 acorn squash
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

    Heat oven to 400 F

    Cut squash in half through stem, remove seeds, cut into 1 inch wedges

    Combine all ingredients and toss to coat wedges completely

    Roast squash, tossing occasionally, until tender and golden brown (35 - 45 min)
