- 2 acorn squash
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions

1Heat oven to 400 F

2Cut squash in half through stem, remove seeds, cut into 1 inch wedges

3Combine all ingredients and toss to coat wedges completely

4Roast squash, tossing occasionally, until tender and golden brown (35 - 45 min)
