Ingredients
- 1 carrot
- 2 little red potatoes
- 2/3 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup peas
- 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- pinch salt
- 1 sprinkle of spices, I used Penzys Forward.. a mixture of pepper, onion, turmeric, paprika, garlic, celery, rosemary, basil, and thyme
Directions

1Chop up all your veggies that you will be cooking for a longer period of time..

2In this recipe, it's the carrot, potatoes, cabbage, onion, and minced garlic.

3Place veggies in a large baggie.

4Drizzle with olive oil, add chopped parsley, pinch of salt, and spices.

5Shake and get everything coated with oil and spices.

6Place in a pan and cook at 400F for about 20-25 minutes.

7Check on them and give them a stir every now and then.

8When vegetables are tender when poked with a fork, add in any vegetables that cook up quickly, in this recipe, just the peas.

9Cook an additional 10 minutes.
