Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 serrano peppers seeded and diced
  • 4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup scallions
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin
  • 1 salt to taste
  • 2 to 2 tablesoon lime juice or vinegar (i usually add a bit more)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 clove garlic minced

    chop and combine all ingredients

    refrigerate for 3-4 hours

    taste and add more salt or lime juice if needed

    serve with tortilla chips, on tacos, over fish, whatever you like
