  • 3 c. water
  • 3/4 tsp. cream of tartar

Directions

    Cook all ingredients without stirring to 250°.

    Pour quickly into greased square pan.

    Chill until firm.

    Turn out of pan and crack into pieces.

    Add flavored extracts and food coloring, if desired.
