- 4 fish fillets with scales
- 2 c. lemon juice
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 medium bottle Worcestershire sauce
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Clean fish, leaving scales and cut into fillets.

2Leave bone in.

3Bring to a boil the lemon juice, water, red pepper, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and butter; set aside.

4Grill fish on charcoal until flaky on scale side first.

5Turn; brown meat side and turn back to scale other side.

6When 1/2 done, brush all of sauce on.

7Serve hot.
