- 1 thin slice small onion
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 small tomato, peeled and finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped canned green chili peppers (optional)
- fresh vegetables or chips
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a blender.

2Blend until smooth, scraping down sides of blender as necessary.

3Place in a serving bowl.

4Cover and chill before serving.
