  • 2 medium avocados, seeded and peeled
  • 1 thin slice small onion
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 small tomato, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped canned green chili peppers (optional)
  • fresh vegetables or chips

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a blender.

    Blend until smooth, scraping down sides of blender as necessary.

    Place in a serving bowl.

    Cover and chill before serving.

    Serve as a dip with fresh vegetables or chips.
