Ingredients

  • powdered sugar
  • 3 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. Karo Light corn syrup
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 tsp. flavoring oil & food coloring

Directions

    Sprinkle 18x24 inch piece of foil with powdered sugar. Mix next three ingredients in pan over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Boil until temperature reaches 310° or until drops of syrup form hard & brittle threads in cold water.

    Remove from heat. Stir in flavor and color. Pour onto foil.

    Cool. Break into pieces and store in airtight container.
