  • 1 pkg. large soft tortilla shells
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch (original)
  • 1 medium size jar Spanish olives, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • about 5 or 6 scallions, chopped
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Directions

    Soften cream cheese and with electric mixer, beat in Hidden Valley dressing packet.

    Spread on shells (like you would butter bread); sprinkle olives, peppers and scallions on each shell.

    Roll up tight; put in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
