  • 2 lb. ground beef (lean)
  • 1/2 c. Minute rice (after cooking, you get 1 c.)
  • 1 whole onion
  • fried bacon plus drippings

    Mix altogether.

    Parboil cabbage until softened.

    Separate leaves.

    Fill each leaf with meat mixture and roll up.

    Place cabbage rolls in roasting pan.

    Add 1 can tomato soup plus water. Bake about 1 hour or longer at 350°.
