- 10 each hamburgers
- 2 1/2 pounds beef, round steak
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water
Directions

1Tenderize steak.

2Remove excess fat.

3Chop hamburgers and add curry powder to dressing mixture.

4Spread mixture on steak and roll as a jelly roll.

5Tie with string.

6Put oil into pan and heat.

7Add steak roll to pan and roll to brown on all surfaces.

8Reduce heat.

9Add water and simmer.

10Cover and cook, rotating meat, for approximately 30 minutes.

11Liquid in pan is excellent for gravy stock.
