- 3 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 Tbsp shortening
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups milk
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together except milk

2Add enough milk to make a dough you can handle.

3Take about 1/3 of the dough and roll out on flour

4Cut into squares or noodles

5In the meantime, boil about 8 cups of chicken broth and about 2 cups of milk.

6Add a stick of butter

7When boiling, add the dumplings while stirring so they don't stick.

8Cook about 30 min.
