- 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
- 1 onion (small), diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 6 oz. cheese (sharp Cheddar), grated
- Worcestershire sauce
- salt
- pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Roll out meat to 1/2-inch thickness.

2Add salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

3Add layer of onion, tomato, bell pepper and cheese.

4Roll meat like a jelly roll.

5Place in dish, seam side down.

6Pour mushroom soup over the top.

7Bake at 350° for about 1 1/2 hours.
