  • 7 oz. butter
  • 4 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. ice water
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • powdered sugar to cover

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Add the pecans, vanilla, flour, water and salt; mix well.

    Roll with palms of hands into finger lengths. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.

    Roll in powdered sugar while warm or shake in bag.
