  • 2 cup Sushi rice
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Avacado
  • 1 lb Salmon fillet
  • 1 Wasabi sauce
  • 4 Sushi wraps
  • 1 cup Rice vinegar

Directions

    Make sushi rice (see recipe)

    Slice avacado, cucumber, and salmon into thin slices about 4 inches in length.

    Spread 1/2 cup of sushi rice onto seaweed wrap.

    Dip your fingers or your spoon in the rice vinegar to keep the rice from sticking.

    Lay enough of the fillings on the rice to spread from one side to the other.

    Roll tightly with either a bamboo mat or with just your hands.
