- 2 cup Sushi rice
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Avacado
- 1 lb Salmon fillet
- 1 Wasabi sauce
- 4 Sushi wraps
- 1 cup Rice vinegar
Directions

1Make sushi rice (see recipe)

2Slice avacado, cucumber, and salmon into thin slices about 4 inches in length.

3Spread 1/2 cup of sushi rice onto seaweed wrap.

4Dip your fingers or your spoon in the rice vinegar to keep the rice from sticking.

5Lay enough of the fillings on the rice to spread from one side to the other.

6Roll tightly with either a bamboo mat or with just your hands.
