- 5 c. bread flour
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2 c. milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. Crisco
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Mix yeast, milk and 1/2 cup sugar in saucepan and heat until lukewarm.

2In large bowl, put flour, Crisco salt, eggs and rest of sugar.

3Add the yeast mixture and work it up.

4Get another large bowl and oil it.

5Put dough in this bowl and knock it down.
-
6Cover with wax paper and towel and put in warm place for 1 1/2 hours. After rising, knock it down and roll it around in the oil.

7Make out rolls and put in greased pan.

8Pat melted butter on top and bake at 350° until brown.

9Brush with butter.
