Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk, scalded
  • flour

Directions

    Mix all together.

    Add enough flour so dough is not sticky. Oil bowl.

    Turn rolls over 1 time.

    Let rise until double in size. Punch down and make into balls the size of a walnut.

    Put a pat of butter on each ball.

    Bake at 350° until golden brown.
