- 1 well-beaten egg
- 1/4 c. Wesson oil (add to yeast and water mixture)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 c. self-rising flour
- melted butter
Directions

1Combine egg, Wesson oil and sugar.

2Add 3 cups self-rising flour or enough to make a soft dough.

3Cover and let rise 1 hour. Roll out dough and cut with biscuit cutter.

4Dip each roll in melted butter and fold into pocketbook rolls.

5Let rise 2 hours. Bake in hot oven, 450°, for about 8 minutes or until done.
