Spinach Linguine

  • 1 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced or chopped well
  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped and drained well (you may use 2 pkg.)
  • 1 lb. linguine or spaghetti
  • 1 can tuna in spring water
  • 1 can anchovy fillet, diced (optional)

Directions

    Saute garlic in olive oil until brown, then set aside.

    Drain spinach well; set aside.
  3. 3
    Cook spaghetti.

    When spaghetti is done, toss in olive oil and spinach.

    Drain tuna fish and add to spaghetti.

    Then if you like them, add anchovy fillets on your own dish of spaghetti.

    Enjoy.
