Spinach Linguine

- 1 1/2 c. olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, minced or chopped well
- 1 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped and drained well (you may use 2 pkg.)
- 1 lb. linguine or spaghetti
- 1 can tuna in spring water
- 1 can anchovy fillet, diced (optional)
Directions

1Saute garlic in olive oil until brown, then set aside.

2Drain spinach well; set aside.

3Cook spaghetti.

4When spaghetti is done, toss in olive oil and spinach.

5Drain tuna fish and add to spaghetti.

6Then if you like them, add anchovy fillets on your own dish of spaghetti.

7Enjoy.
