- 5 1/2 c. plain flour
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. dry milk
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 c. warm water
Directions

1Sift flour, yeast, sugar, dry milk, salt and baking powder together.

2Mix in shortening and water.

3Let rise 1 hour or until it doubles in size.

4Take 2 tablespoons flour and sprinkle over rolls.

5Knock down.

6Roll out and cut or pinch off.

7Store in refrigerator until needed.
