- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. hot water
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. lukewarm water
- 2 eggs
- 6 c. bread flour
Directions

1Combine sugar, margarine, salt and hot water to melt margarine.

2Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.

3Combine mixtures. Beat eggs and add.

4Stir in flour.

5Cover and refrigerate.

6Will keep for several days.

7When you want rolls, pinch off walnut-sized portions of dough, working into a ball with floured hands.

8Place about an inch apart on greased pans.

9Let rise in a warm, draft-free place, covered with a lightweight dish towel for a couple of hours.

10Bake at 375° until golden (about 15 to 20 minutes).

11Makes 3 dozen.
