  • 2 envelopes yeast
  • 1/2 c. very warm water
  • 1 1/2 c. warm milk
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. potato buds
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 1/2 c. sifted flour

Directions

    Dissolve the yeast in the warm water.

    Mix all ingredients. Let rise until light.

    Punch down.

    Make into rolls; let rise again.

    Bake in a 350° oven until done.
