- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 c. cold water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 c. Crisco
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 7 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. boiling water
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.

2Melt butter in 1 cup boiling water.

3Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl with melted mixture and yeast.

4Mix well and refrigerate immediately. Allow dough to chill before using.

5Make dough into rolls and let rise 1 hour before baking.

6Bake for 20 minutes at 400°.
