- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. dry skim milk solids
- 3 Tbsp. yeast or 1 to 3 pkg.
- 9 to 11 c. flour
- 3 3/4 c. hot tap water
- 1 c. cooking oil
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Mix sugar, salt, dry skim milk, yeast and 3 cups flour.

2Add 3 3/4 cups hot tap water and 1 cup cooking oil.

3Add 3 eggs and 3 cups of flour.

4Add remaining flour, 3 to 5 cups.

5(You should use a total of 9 to 11 cups of flour.)

6Put on floured board; knead 3 to 4 times.

7Put in greased bowl; let rise until double.

8Roll out and cut.

9Should make approximately 60 rolls.

10Let rise until double (about 30 minutes).

11Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes.
