- 3 lb. round steak, cut into 6 pieces
- 2 c. bouillon
- 1 (16 oz.) mushrooms
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Directions

1Sprinkle the round steak with tenderizer and let stand one hour.

2Dredge in flour and brown in oil.

3Remove meat; put in roasting pan.

4Blend in hot drippings and ingredients listed.

5Pour over meat and bake uncovered at 325° for 2 1/2 hours.

6Melt slices of Mozzarella cheese on top.
