  • 4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • Cinnamon on top to taste

    Put milk in saucepan and heat. Mix together flour and butter. Add to milk and bring to a boil, stirring with a wire whisk or wooden spoon. Add sugar and salt. Pour into a bowl and top with melted butter and sprinkles of cinnamon and sugar. Stir fast so it will not get lumpy. If it does, use an eggbeater ort an electric beater.
