- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 pkg. super moist carrot cake mix
Directions

1Heat margarine in 13 x 9 x 2 pan.

2Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar.

3Spoon pineapple over brown sugar, spreading evenly. Prepare cake mix as directed.

4Pour over pineapple.

5Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes or until cake pulls away from sides of pan. Cool for 10 minutes.

6Invert on serving plate.
