  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 pkg. super moist carrot cake mix

Directions

    Heat margarine in 13 x 9 x 2 pan.

    Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar.

    Spoon pineapple over brown sugar, spreading evenly. Prepare cake mix as directed.

    Pour over pineapple.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes or until cake pulls away from sides of pan. Cool for 10 minutes.

    Invert on serving plate.
