- 2 c. onions, sliced
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 lb. ground beef, lean
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 c. catsup
- 2 (1 lb.) cans Campbell's pork and beans
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 can French fried onion rings
Directions

1Fry onions in oil until golden; add ground beef and fry with onions until all redness in meat is gone.

2Add all remaining ingredients except onion rings.

3Mix well and pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

5During the last 10 minutes of baking, top with onion rings.

6Bake in all about 40 to 45 minutes or until bubbly.
