- 1 (8 ounce) carton reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed and divided
- 3/4 cup root beer, cold diet
- 1/2 cup nonfat milk
- 1 (1 2/3 ounce) box sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
- maraschino cherry (optional)
Directions

1Set aside and refrigerate 1/2 cup whipped topping for garnish.

2In a large bowl, whisk the root beer, milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes.

3Fold in half of the remaining whipped topping.

4Spread into graham cracker crust.

5Spread remaining whipped topping over pie.

6Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.

7Dollop reserved whipped topping over each serving.

8Top with a maraschino cherry if desired.
