Root Beer Sherbet

  • 24 ounces, fluid Root Beer
  • 1/2 cups Sweetened, Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Milk

Directions

    In a bowl, stir root beer a bit to get rid of carbonation.

    Add sweetened condensed milk and milk (you can use 1%, 2% or whole) and whisk well.

    Pour into an ice cream maker and make according to your ice cream maker's directions (mine is a 1.5-qt machine and takes 20-25 minutes to make).

    Freeze this for a couple of hours before serving so it can harden even further.
