Ingredients

  • 2 c. olive oil
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • a little grated onion
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. Roquefort cheese, mashed

Directions

    Place oil and vinegar in a quart jar.

    Add all other ingredients and mix well.

    Refrigerate indefinitely (flavor improves with time).

    Shake well before serving.

    Makes 4 cups dressing.
