  • 2 oz. Roquefort cheese, crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • few drops liquid hot pepper seasoning
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped pecans

    Chill. Shape in a roll 1 1/2-inches in diameter.

    Wrap in wax paper.
