- 1 box rosamarina
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 2 cans mandarin oranges
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 7/8 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 20 oz. Cool Whip
Directions

1Cook rosamarina as directed on box and drain.

2Dice mandarin oranges.

3Drain oranges and pineapple and cook juices until thickened with the flour, salt, sugar and beaten eggs.

4Cool juice mixture and add to rosamarina.

5Add the fruit and refrigerate overnight.

6Then add the Cool Whip and garnish with maraschino cherries.
