- 2 pt. fresh oysters
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Beau Monde
- salt to taste
Directions

1Simmer all ingredients in a saucepan.

2In another large, heavy saucepan mix 2 cans celery soup and two 8 ounce cartons sour cream (soup is undiluted).

3Heat slowly.

4Lift oysters and seasonings out of pan, using slotted spoon and stir into soup mixture.

5Heat thoroughly.

6Serve in chafing dish with toast points.

7This recipe doubles or triples well.
