Rosamarina Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. rosamarina pasta
  • 1 medium can chunk pineapple
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges
  • 1 jar maraschino cherries, cut in half
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Directions

    Cook macaroni for 8 minutes; drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.

    Combine sugar, eggs, salt and flour with juices from fruits.

    Cook over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour over cooked macaroni.

    Mix well.

    Let stand overnight in refrigerator.

    Before ready to serve, add Cool Whip; mix well, then add fruit and mix slightly.
