  • 3 tablespoons vodka 1 1/2 oz
  • 6 tablespoons sour mix homemade
  • 2 tablespoons rose syrup 1 oz
  • 1 teaspoon campari
  • seltzer water or club soda chilled

    In a cocktail shaker combine vodka, sour mix, rose syrup, Campari, and ice; shake until chilled, about 30 seconds. Double-strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with seltzer water. Float a thinly sliced lemon wheel sprinkled with coarse sugar on top. Makes 1 serving.

    *Sour Mix: In a jar, combine equal parts lemon juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. Cover and shake until mixed. Store in fridge, covered, up to 1 week.

    *Simple Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine equal parts sugar and water. Bring just to boiling. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Cool; cover and chill at least 1 hour before using. Store in fridge, covered, up to 2 weeks.
