  • 2 1/8 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 7/8 cup honey rose
  • 6 drops red food coloring optional
  • rose petals of a very fragrant, organic, it cannot have been treated with chemicals, washed well and diced

Directions

    Lightly whisk the cream with the vanilla until stiff peaks form.

    Slowly add in the rose honey, red food coloring (optional), and rose petals.

    If using an ice cream machine, pour the mixture into the base and follow the machine's instructions.

    If you have no ice cream machine, pour the mixture into a shallow, metal container and freeze for 1/2 an hour. Remove, beat, and freeze again, repeating the process until completely set.
